NSW GBOTA Track Manager based at Gosford NSW

 
  • Industry knowledge and experience essential
  • Budget understanding and implementation experience
  • Successfully manage and lead the Gosford team
  • Relationship management agreement across all aspects of the industry
  • Implement GWIC/GRNSW policy changes
  • Race programming – including Group Racing as well as creating new events 
  • Co-ordination and implementation of race night promotions with a view to increasing patronage
  • Support and grow our existing partnership with The Gosford Showground Land Manager
  • Ability to increase commercial viability
  • Demonstrated high levels of time management and working under pressure
  • Strong people and policy management including Staff evaluation and Appraisal
  • Strong in Office 365 (Particular word, excel and outlook)
  • Race meeting development, preparation, and completion of associated paperwork for effective accounting record management including time sheets
  • Co-ordinate trials, including overseeing scheduling and staff
  • Venue review with an eye for detail on venue presentation, cleanliness, and customer experience
  • Work with representatives of national and state bodies to achieve a positive result for GBOTA
  • Must be willing to assist at the Maitland Track on occasions

  • You must have a current Australian driver's licence and access to a vehicle 

Ideally, you will have at least two years’ experience in a similar role with proven results. You will have an appreciation of the racing/sports administration industry and a desire to make a difference.
